This painting of a rainy hill in St. John’s, Newfoundland (too steep for many people to dare drive up or down during a Canadian winter) is from my Night Scene series.

WOW! It took me a few minutes to get oriented and see things properly. Once I spotted the car and those red tail lights this took my breath away.

Another beautiful piece; a perfect blending of abstraction and realism.

Gorgeous painting! Now it’s going to drive my crazy trying to figure out which hill - I used to live downtown St. John’s.

This is masterful! You really nailed the look of cars on a rainy road at night…I love how you created the light on the back of the front car. I agree with Kenn…it’s as if I could hear the tires on the road. Beautiful!
